• Some brands may ship directly from their warehouse, adding 2-3 days to shipping time.
• If your order consists of multiple items, they may come from different locations and you will receive separate tracking information.
• No extra fees for multiple shipments.

• If an item is returned due to wrong address on file, refusal to pay duties, or other circumstances where allTRUEist is not at fault, a refund will be issued minus any shipping fees and return fees including but not limited to re-entry duties and taxes. A refund will only be processed after the parcel is delivered back to allTRUEist.

• Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your package.
• If the shipment is returned due to inability to deliver or refusal of the package, a refund will be issued minus any shipping fees incurred by allTRUEist once the parcel is returned to us.
• "No signature required" option available for purchases over $160 upon request in the "Order Notes" section before checkout.
• allTRUEist is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when "no signature required" option is requested.
• Signature requirements cannot be changed once the package has left our premises.
• Items under $160 will be shipped without signature requirement.
